Comp range: $110k to $160k with bonus potential.

Overview

Responsible for providing leadership for facilities, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
  • Review financial statements and data and utilize data to improve profitability
  • Prepare, control, and manage operational budgets
  • Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures; Develop/recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies and strong root cause analytical abilities
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
  • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures

Additional Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods
  • Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements
  • Manage the quality and quantity of employee productivity
  • Lead all building projects (i.e. warehouse systems, building/conveyor improvements)
  • Provide MHE technical support and provide recommendations to maximize efficiencies
  • Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery
  • Ensure safety compliance of all team members
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Experience with various ERP, CMMS, software systems
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Experience in wholesale or operational management or other related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP system or similar system

  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
