Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $55000 - $65000. This salary range is an average range for this position. Overview

The National Sales Analyst serves as the key reporting resource for the Sales and Marketing organization, owning the creation, maintenance, and distribution of critical reports that track sales performance, budgets, inventory, and distribution. As the central point of reporting, the teams rely heavily on this role to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Beyond managing existing tools, the analyst is also responsible for responding to new requests, developing innovative reporting solutions, and continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This highly visible position partners closely with leadership, providing the analytical foundation that shapes how the business is viewed and how major decisions are made.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly and monthly business and supplier reporting tools
  • Monitor and track sales performance across regions and sales channels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to guide strategic decisions
  • Manage reporting tools that track budgets, inventory levels, and distribution metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct maintenance and data cleansing on internal systems to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Continuously evaluate existing reporting tools and processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance usability and impact.
  • Lead point of contact for data analysis, and other analytical support for sales and marketing teams
  • Ad-hoc analyses and requests, as required
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business plus two years of experience in an analytical role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of progressive experience in an analytical role within the alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods industry preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Ability to interpret and summarize data, identify key takeaway insights and business implications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office a must– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to design and implement new tools, models, and templates
  • Ability to streamline processes to create efficiencies
  • Experience working directly with systems developers an asset 
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and governmental agencies
