Overview

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for scheduling all incoming freight. This position will reconcile receiving paperwork before submitting it to the front office for data entry.

Primary Responsibilities

As part of our dedicated team, you will expertly check in drivers with precision and care.

As a key player in our team, you will be crucial in restocking customer-returned products, a task vital to maintaining our high service standards.

Your hands-on approach to managing bin movements—physically and in the system using RF technology—will significantly contribute to our efficiency.

You're encouraged to help at the customer pick-up dock whenever needed, and you'll take pride in creating driver manifests and billing documents.

As part of your role, you can help manage inbound scheduling, validate, and check in loads.

Attending our monthly safety meetings will empower you to understand our robust safety rules, and your attention to detail will shine through in every task, providing you with continuous learning and growth opportunities.

Physical demands associated with the activity or condition include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Excel & WMS systems

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Will require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs
