Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $17.55 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
The CDL Driver is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect the general condition of the vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean the vehicle. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering and servicing all products within assigned accounts
- Merchandises and stocks all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
- Manages, rotates, and maintains a neat inventory in each account
- Provides excellent customer service to accounts, effectively resolves concerns or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Honors all personal and business commitments to all customers
- Operates company vehicle safely, courteously, and obeys all traffic regulations
- Responsible for completion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at all accounts, POD’s collected and all related paperwork.
- Completion of daily Check In/Out process, DOT pre-trips and post-trips.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Requires a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to meet company MVR standard
- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Must demonstrate an ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely and effectively
- Able to quickly learn product and account characteristics
- Must be able to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
- Must be able to think critically, adapt to change and utilize available resources to solve problems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required
- Clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years required
- Previous driving and/or delivery experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
- Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
