Overview

The Digital Business Operations Manager would be responsible for operationalizing eCommerce and CRM capabilities in the market as well as enabling customer and sales team business growth potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Point person for support and implementation of all digital enablement initiatives for the market. Collaborate with all impacted departments and functions
  • Design and implement new business processes or revise existing business processes to integrate evolving digital enablement capabilities
  • Lead adoption and reinforcement of digital tools, processes, and capabilities by working cross-functionally with commercial teams, Commercial Operations, Learning-Development, and Human Resources
  • Responsible for customer eCommerce activation and eCommerce platform adoption
  • Lead eCommerce activation teams and provide direction to commercial field teams
  • Set the foundation for the introduction of Digital Marketing Campaigns and brand marketing strategies into market sales execution activities
  • Analyze the business impact and commercial effectiveness of implementing digital capabilities
  • Capture, synthesize, and communicate feedback to Corporate and Regional teams on user experience and platform enhancement opportunities
  • Inform and provide strategic recommendations to market and regional executive teams on business growth opportunities derived from CRM and eCommerce insights
  • Support and inform Route-to-Market and Sales Compensation strategy through CRM and eCommerce insights
  • Champion Voice of Customer by consulting customers (internal and external) and suppliers to capture and analyze experiential feedback and business impact of new commercial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with and support Human Resources on market communications and change management, change network selection, engagement, and effectiveness initiatives
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree plus 5 years experience in beverage alcohol distribution
  • Understanding of B2B commerce and commercial sales processes
  • Strong change management and communications skills across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word)

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
