Overview

As a Staff ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform's stability, performance, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and usage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification from ServiceNow.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
