Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings range $55000 and $65000. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
Partner with the management, sales associates, national accounts, and divisional teams to promote and track key supplier and distributor initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to proactively evaluate existing strategies and recommend changes when appropriate. Support critical sales and marketing initiatives with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide custom analyses to understand business trends and support company initiatives (including new item presentations, merchandising analysis, business reviews and competitive analysis) via Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track sales and marketing programs to analyze market data.
- Customize business reviews for supplier meetings and market reviews.
- Develop schematics for proposals, demonstrations, and various visual presentations.
- Create custom reports and presentations for the following areas: specific time measures, geographic regions, chain specific and category.
- Run standard and ad hoc reports for business and supplier needs.
- Recap performance goals and volume goals.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and 2-3 years of analyst experience in a consumer products/retail industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence Software (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRI to support data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
- Problem solving skills to assess business needs and develop solutions.
- Integrate data across multiple programs.
- Experience making business presentations/reviews to small groups.
