Overview
The Talent Growth and Culture Development Program Manager works directly with the Talent Management Program Director to design, develop, implement, and continuously improve innovative, scalable talent management programs that add value to the business and align with our company's vision and strategy. This position will focus on accelerating stakeholder adoption of Talent Management as well as managing the analytics, reporting, and business metrics for their designated TM programs. Using a highly collaborative and consultative approach, the Program Manager will work closely with their respective HR Business Partners to ensure TM programs meet the needs of the business and that the HR and Center of Excellence Partners are equipped and empowered to own the execution of the TM programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, manage, and enhance assigned Talent Management processes.
- Consult, coach, train, and partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective and high-quality execution of talent management strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Assess and analyze Talent Management needs and trends in respective regions, and recommend solutions, resources, initiatives, and methods to fill talent management gaps.
- Partner with HR Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics, and dashboards to analyze, report on, and support Talent Management practices.
- Develop, refresh, publish, and distribute support and implementation of materials and collateral for assigned Talent Management programs.
- Manage the development and train-the-trainer delivery of training for assigned Talent Management programs.
- Serve as a Talent Management subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends, and statistics.
- Actively engage with other Program Managers and Talent Management Specialists on information requests, best practice sharing, etc.
- Partner with vendors on soliciting proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the TM Program budget.
- Research and stay abreast of external trends, innovations, and best practices in the talent management arena to ensure the quality of programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business units to deliver effective HR services and programs
- Must possess the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Must possess sound judgment and strong business acumen
- Ability to embrace and manage change

- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
