Overview
The Replenishment Analyst III is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, identifying and correcting stock shortage issues, and generating purchase orders for inventory for large and complex vendors. As a Lead Replenishment Analyst this role will require elevated analysis, leadership support, and development support to other Replenishment Analysts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with team to address issues and evaluate business performance including Out of Stock, Overstock reports, and Monthly Metrics
- Serve as the first point of contact for any issues, system or process-related, from other Replenishment team members
- Coordinate with IT resources to address Supply Chain related issues
- Provide training and mentoring to other team members and perform required analysis of data for team members, ensuring team compliance with best practice principals
- Collaborate with management regarding team performance and current issues
- Monitor, create, and analyze day-to-day creation of replenishment and manual purchase orders using a various replenishment & purchase order system to effectively flow inventory to warehouses
- Monitor inventory levels to identify and correct potential stock outages
- Develop and maintain an effective rapport with sales, marketing and transportation personnel
- Establish and maintain an environment of external collaboration with vendors
- Ensure new products and vendors are configured correctly in ordering systems
- Meet with management, sales, and demand analysts frequently to resolve inventory issues, discuss service level metrics, and review sourcing
- Review and update product and vendor data in ordering systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Experience forecasting, Replenishment Planning, Assortment Planning or Inventory Management in a high volume industry
- Demonstrated functional experience working with forecasting and distribution resource planning (DPR) systems

- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
