Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will partner with functional members of the Supply Chain to understand the current and future business requirements and subsequently identify and implement processes and organizational improvements. They will ensure the appropriate use of analytical tools so that analysis and reporting are accurate, timely, thorough, and professional. They will also optimize existing processes and resources with clear goals and benchmarks for improvement, development, and management of sound business practices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between specialized departments within and outside the supply chain organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic planning and implementation with a holistic approach that meets future business needs.
  • Support the long-term vision of the supply chain by proactively implementing business processes, best practices, and leadership to enable organizational transformation.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Executives and all SCM functions with timely, accurate, pertinent information and analysis, as well as aid in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the supply chain's performance and related metrics.
  • Develop, design, and manage efficient processes, tabular reports, list reports, scorecards, dynamic models, and dashboards that effectively monitor various KPIs and benchmarks. Assist supply chain business teams, including S&OP, Replenishment, Operations, and Logistics.
  • Utilize analytical tools effectively to optimize reporting for current business needs and develop new processes and solutions to meet future business requirements.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative Inventory, Forecast, Sales, Logistics, and financial data.
  • Provide mentoring and support to other analysts to assist in their development surrounding data, processes, reporting, and utilizing self-service tools

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in supply chain management, finance, or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain functions or related roles.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and BI report development.
  • Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, and Business Objects, as well as navigating Tableau dashboards, preferred
  • Excellent leadership, consulting, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
