Southern Glazer offers a competitive compensation package with yearly compensation of $56,000- $60,000. The company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills, and experience and make an appropriate offer.

Overview
The National Sales & Operations Transformation Analyst will assist in the forecast alignment activities with our internal commercial partners & S&OP Dedicated teams. S/he will monitor state/region forecast performance to identify opportunities for improvement, along with assisting with the validation of replacement item requests. Additionally, help the National Team with ad-hoc technical data uploads as needed. This role requires analytical skills, knowledge of Blue Yonder and the reporting tools used in demand planning. The role will report to the Transformation Lead.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly forecast and supplemental order intake process for key suppliers nationally.
- Support the National SOP Team with a variety of SCM functional data maintenance.
- Prepare a monthly summary and monitor the national forecast and supplemental order intake for key suppliers.
- Process weekly replacement requests
- Support the analytical analysis of replacement item requests to determine if it follows the guidelines set corporately.
- An integral participant in designing, optimizing, and maintaining the replacement item process
- Assist with ad-hoc technical data loads to support National Product Owner's monthly tasks (s)
- Assist with centralized SCM business processes and data governance
- Develop and maintain powerful relationships with the national and dedicated SOP team through excellent listening and communication skills to ensure an effective demand forecasting process.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical field strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of products, categories, and channels in the alcoholic beverage industry
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Planning, or Statistical Modelling is required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions quickly for national replacement items
- Ability to analyze, upload, and validate data to support national processes
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, including technical and commercial partners, to present analyses, challenge thinking, and influence outcomes
- Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain concepts and method,s and understanding of interdependencies between demand, supply, and operations
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Excel-based modelling
- Previous experience with the Blue Yonder statistical forecasting software and a working understanding of statistical modelling is a requirement
- Ability to think critically, manage without authority, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Travel required; up to 2 times a year
