Overview
Team Overview
The Transformation Management Organization (TMO) is a new department driving organizational efficiencies and standardizing business processes. As leaders of enterprise-wide transformations like NorthStar, the TMO is responsible for the governance and execution of end-to-end project and program delivery.
Role Overview
The Transformation Manager will be responsible for supporting the projects and activities being executed by the Change Management Office (CMO). This role will wear many hats and will have the opportunity to support engagements with end users, training deployments, and readiness and adoption activities. The ideal candidate is adaptable to change, has a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
Up to 50% travel will be expected for this role. Miramar or Dallas based in-person.
Primary Responsibilities
- Represents the CMO in cross functional meetings, leveraging trackers, status reports, and content.
- Address resistance to change, providing support and resources to help employees adapt to new processes and procedures
- Document change management activities and report on progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Support project deployment engagements: Coordinating logistics, content facilitation, data validation, liaison between CMO and functional teams
- In coordination with the Strategy Lead, support content needs (status reports, PP decks, memos)
- TMO Forum artifact support
- Support Security Mapping Validation and course mapping to end users
- Actively engage on social and TMO forums
- Deep awareness and understanding to all TMO projects’ change impacts
- As needed, lead internal CMO alignment meetings with GBPOs
- Continuous improvement input to CMO content, processes, and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Ability to work fast paced while staying detail oriented and organized
- Proven track record of working independently in a rapidly moving environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to build internal relationships and influence others
