Overview
Identify and manage HR processes, programs, reporting, and policies that can be consolidated and coordinated across multiple states and markets. This role is a direct feeder pool into other HRBP roles and/or COE Roles if so desired. As a member of the HR Team this individual will positively impact the organization by formulating and presenting actionable recommendations for consideration to significantly improve overall HR Processes and Drive Effective HR Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide organizational development support for business teams and functions to achieve current and future business goals; proactively engage with the HRBP leaders on people strategy and effectively delivering strategy through workforce planning and organization design and structure
- Facilitate new hire orientation and manage new hire onboarding
- Facilitate exit interviews
- Partner with HRBPs to ensure training and development programs are well communicated and embedded with employees and leaders
- Provide support to HRBPs Employee and Labor Relations documentation such as Attendance Warnings, Performance Warnings/Documentation, Work Responsibility/Policy Violations
- Provide HR policy interpretation and support performance management and talent management processes
- Generate reports from available HR systems and provide analytics and insights; manage headcount reporting for all states
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure employee data in HR systems is accurate and current; submit documentation for adjustments
- Partner with HR BAMP team and business leaders to track and manage accidents and workers compensation claims
- Remain knowledgeable, ensure compliance with, and answer general inquiries with regard to company policies, procedures, and programs which govern employees, including but not limited to, employee handbook and drug and alcohol testing program
- Create and maintain all process maps for strategic initiatives and ensure they are embedded in the organization and reinforced until new behaviors evolve
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 of experience working in an HR-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel 5-10%

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
