Overview
The Executive Concierge provides outstanding service to executives by handling day-to-day activities which allows executives to focus on running the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to executives
- Drive to locations to deliver and pick up needed items
- Maintain confidentiality 100% of the time
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
- Must have a car and be willing to drive
- Clean driving record
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
