Overview

Join our People Analytics team as a Summer Intern and contribute to high-impact research and data science initiatives that shape workforce strategy. This internship is ideal for students in Organizational Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology programs who are passionate about applying data to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Support People Researchers in designing and executing studies on employee engagement, performance, and organizational culture.
    • Assist Data Scientists with data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis using tools like Python, R, or SQL.
    • Contribute to survey development, distribution, and analysis for internal research initiatives.
    • Help build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to HR and business leaders.
    • Conduct literature reviews and summarize academic research relevant to ongoing projects.
    • Participate in stakeholder interviews and help synthesize qualitative data.
    • Document project workflows, findings, and recommendations in clear, professional formats.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market HR and Talent Strategy and Culture teams on analytics-driven initiatives.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (Excel, Python, R, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
