Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $69,000 to $91,000, plus auto allowance and incentives . This salary is an average for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
Manage all aspects of sales activities for a sales force covering a large territory, district or region. Designs and executes long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all assigned sales and profitability goals for mid-size national and regional accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with regional and national buyers for assigned accounts
- Monitor and track all funding levers provided to accounts for implementation to ensure compliance
- Partner with National, regional, and corporate accounts for fast and effective compliance
- Provide timely market information to the management team regarding pricing and market trends
- Monitor field implementation and execution of national and regional programs to ensure accurate product pricing, effective discount management, and management of program deadlines
- Provide in-depth analysis on Ads and Planner effectiveness in-house and competitors for buyers to drive category growth within assigned accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability, replenishment, and distribution and conduct spot checks on inventory and monthly pricing report
- Track sales and profit dollars and cases on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to provide recommendations on product mix to senior level management.
- Identify short- and long-term account opportunities and create plans to leverage products and relationships
- Coordinate chain sales calls, vendor meetings, and vendor visits
- Partner with suppliers to create chain account programming to meet supplier execution, profitability and sales annual goals.
- Assist in monitoring the impact and effectiveness of programs currently in place
- Provide monthly reports to chain account leadership
- Attend chain account promotions and events
- May manage a team of Chain Specialists; defines expectations, monitors progress, and counsels if expectations are not met
- Monitor weekly inventory, new item distribution performance, and coordination with Trade on allocations
- Manage DSD, coordinate with Full Book teams
- Set up new items, manage inventory or UPC/SCC changes
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to ideate and implement sales incentive programs; monitor progress and profiability of those programs
- Assist Director with preparing for buying calls including insights on category perforamnce, M&E analysis, ad tracking, and share analysis

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree plus five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of demonstrated management experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to the rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
