Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $110000 - $130000 / year including incentives and auto allowance/reimbursement. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
Overview
This role performs critical Planning and Performance Management (PPM) activities to support the Bronx site. You will assist with both long-term and short-term planning for the business, including: long term business planning and annual operating budgets, and monthly forecasting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and Manage the PowerBI suite and own the strategic direction of the platform and tools
- Manage objectives in planning portal and perform variable pay calculations
- Complete analysis on division performance of key KPIs and develop action plans to address gaps, set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment.
- Support the General Manager in monthly PR, MPR, 1YP, and 3YP builds.
- Provide Sales Management with reports and insights outlining both historical performance and upcoming expectations for sales execution.
- Support the New York Finance team with Revenue Management including performing top line financial forecasts, weekly volume LE files and creating sales curve indexes
- Own Master Data including profile, routing and account list changes
- Support the General Manager on overseeing WEA compliance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing/finance/engineering or related field), or equivalent industry experience
- General business acumen and understanding of performance levers affecting financial statements
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn new topics and develop expertise.
- Very strong Excel & Power point skills
- 2-3 years relevant experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
- Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures
