Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $19 - $21 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills, and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact with corporate visitors. The receptionist answers incoming calls to the corporate office and assists visitors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, utilizing a switchboard
• Maintain safe and clean reception area
• Greet vendors, customers, and visitors to assist in making sure they get to the correct business unit or office
• Provide support on small projects, as needed
• Maintain and update branch directories
• Maintain calendar for board conference room
• Prepare meeting rooms for setup, as needed
• Maintain and update general office listings
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
